Three services.
No mystery pricing.
Every number, every timeline, and every limit is written below. If something isn’t listed, assume it isn’t included — and ask us.
01
Refresh
Your words are fine. The container isn’t.
We keep the content you already have — the text, the photos, the pages you wrote years ago — and rebuild everything around it. Same message, delivered by a site that actually works on a phone.
- Price
- $1,200 flat
- Timeline
- 1–2 weeks
- Revisions
- Two rounds
What’s included
- Up to 4 pages, rebuilt mobile-first
- Your existing text and images, reorganized
- Speed pass — compressed images, no bloated plugins
- Accessibility pass — contrast, labels, keyboard navigation
- Page titles, descriptions,
sitemap.xml,robots.txt - Local business markup so search engines can read your address and hours
- A contact form that reliably reaches your inbox
What we need from you
Access to your domain, your hosting, and whatever your current site is built on — plus your logo and confirmation that your hours, phone, and services are still correct. The full list is below, and we walk you through every item.
02
Rebuild
A new site, starting from a blank page.
We interview you, write the copy together, and structure the pages around what your customers actually type into Google — not around how your business is organized internally.
- Price
- $2,400 flat
- Timeline
- 2–3 weeks
- Revisions
- Three rounds
Everything in Refresh, plus
- Up to 6 pages
- Copy written with you, from a one-hour interview
- Photo sourcing and editing, or coordination with your photographer
- Page structure based on real search terms in your area
- Google Business Profile cleanup so your map listing matches your site
- Google Analytics and Search Console, configured and explained
- A short written handoff — what we built and how to change it
What we need from you
Everything Refresh needs, plus one hour on the phone, your photos, and a two-day turnaround when we send drafts. Projects stall for one reason almost every time: feedback that takes three weeks to arrive. See the full list.
03
Maintain
The part almost everyone skips.
A website is not a thing you buy once. Software goes out of date, forms quietly stop sending, prices change, and staff leave. A care plan means somebody is watching — and you have one person to text when something needs to change.
- Essential
- $95 / month
- Plus
- $175 / month
- Term
- Month to month
Both plans include
- Software, plugin, and security updates
- Weekly offsite backups, tested — not just taken
- Uptime monitoring with an alert if the site goes down
- Broken link and form checks
Plus adds
- 5 content updates a month instead of 2
- A monthly traffic report in plain English
- One seasonal page or promotion refresh
- Same-day response on weekdays
What counts as an update
A text, photo, hours, or pricing change we can finish in under 30 minutes. Anything bigger — a new page, a new feature, a redesign — gets quoted as its own flat fee before we start. We would rather set that boundary in writing now than argue about it in month four.
What we’ll need from you.
Gathering this is usually the slowest part of a project, so we start it on day one. If you don’t know where something lives, say so — tracking down a forgotten login is a normal part of the job, not an inconvenience.
Access
Accounts we’ll need to reach
- Domain registrar — GoDaddy, Namecheap, wherever the domain was bought. Needed to point it at the new site.
- Hosting — cPanel, FTP, or the host’s dashboard. This is where the site actually lives.
- Your current site’s admin — WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Weebly, or whatever it was built in.
- Google Business Profile — so your map listing, hours, and website link all agree.
- Analytics & Search Console, if they already exist. We’ll create them if they don’t.
- Third-party tools embedded in the site — booking, payments, live chat, mailing list, review widgets.
Materials
Things only you have
- Your logo, in the largest or sharpest file you own. An
.ai,.eps, or.svgis ideal; a big PNG is fine. A logo pulled off Facebook is not. - Photos of your work, your team, your storefront. Real photos beat stock every single time, even imperfect ones.
- Licenses, certifications, insurance, and any association memberships you’re entitled to display.
- Reviews or testimonials you have permission to quote.
- Anything legally required in your trade — license numbers, disclosures, accessibility notices.
Decisions
Things only you can settle
- One decision maker. Feedback from four people who disagree is the most expensive thing that can happen to a project.
- Confirmed details — hours, phone, address, service area, and what you do and don’t offer anymore.
- Feedback within two business days when we send something for review.
- Your must-keep list — anything on the current site that has to survive the rebuild.
Before we touch your domain, we ask who handles your email
If your email runs on the same domain as your website — anything at @yourbusiness.com — then changing the wrong setting can take your email offline along with the site. It is the most common way a website move goes badly, and it is entirely avoidable. We check first, every time, and we schedule anything risky for a time when you’re not expecting mail.
We don’t want your passwords
Wherever a service supports it, we ask you to add us as a user on your account — our own login, with our own name on it, which you can revoke in one click the moment we’re done. When a password genuinely has to be shared, we send a one-time encrypted link rather than putting it in an email or a text. If we ever ask you to text us a password, something is wrong.
Don’t have half of this? That’s normal, and it isn’t a reason to wait. Start with the free review — we only need your web address for that.
What we don’t do.
Knowing where someone stops is worth as much as knowing where they start. If you need any of this, we’ll say so early and point you somewhere better.
Logos and brand identity
We’ll use the logo you have and make it look its best. We won’t design you a new one — that’s a different craft, and a good designer is worth paying properly.
Social media or ads
We build the place the traffic lands. We don’t run the campaigns that send it. Anyone offering both for a few hundred a month is doing neither well.
SEO retainers with promises
We do the technical groundwork properly and then stop. Nobody can guarantee a Google ranking, and a monthly fee to keep “working on SEO” usually buys a report nobody reads.
Locking you in
No proprietary platform that only we can edit. No hostage domains. If you leave, you leave with the files, the accounts, and the passwords.
Reselling hosting
You buy hosting directly, in your name, and pay what it actually costs. We’ll set it up and never touch the bill.
Sites nobody can maintain
No sprawling page-builder stacks that break on update. What we hand you should be legible to the next person, even if that person isn’t us.

Questions people actually ask.
My site is on Wix, Squarespace, or GoDaddy’s builder. Can you work with it?
Usually we’d rather move you off it. Those platforms are fine to start on, but they charge monthly forever, they’re slow, and you can’t take the site with you. We’ll tell you honestly whether moving is worth it for your situation — sometimes it isn’t, and we’ll say so.
Do you host my website?
No, and that’s deliberate. You buy hosting in your own name and pay the real price. We set it up, configure it, and hand you the login. If you ever stop working with us, nothing switches off.
Who owns the site when we’re done?
You do — completely. The files, the domain, the hosting account, the analytics, the images we licensed for you. There is no version of this where you have to keep paying us to keep your website.
I have no idea what my hosting login is. Is that a problem?
No — it’s one of the most common situations we run into. Often the account is in the name of whoever built the site years ago. We’ll help you recover it, prove ownership to the provider, or if it’s genuinely unrecoverable, set up fresh hosting in your name and move the domain across. You end up better off than before either way.
Will my email keep working while you move the site?
Yes, provided we know about it — which is why we ask before we change a single DNS setting. Email and websites can share a domain while running on completely separate services, and the risk is only in changing settings blind. If anything has to change, we schedule it deliberately and tell you when.
How do payments work?
Half up front to book the dates, half when the site goes live. Care plans are billed monthly and you can cancel any time with 30 days’ notice. No setup fee, no cancellation fee.
Can you guarantee I’ll rank first on Google?
No, and neither can anyone else. What we can do is make sure nothing on your site is stopping you from ranking: correct titles, a readable structure, fast load times, and accurate local business data. That’s the part that’s actually within anyone’s control.
What if I need more pages than the package includes?
Extra pages are $150 each, quoted before we build them. Most small businesses need fewer pages than they expect — we’ll usually talk you out of a few.
What if I don’t like it?
That’s what the revision rounds are for, and why you see a preview link on day one rather than a reveal at the end. If we’re still not aligned after the included rounds, we’ll either agree on paid additional rounds or part ways — you keep the deposit’s worth of work and we part on good terms.
Do I have to buy a care plan?
No. It’s optional and always will be. Plenty of clients take the site and run it themselves. The plan exists because most small business owners would rather text someone than log into a dashboard.
Not sure which one you need?
Send us your web address. We’ll reply with a specific list of what we’d change and which service it falls under. Free, and yours to keep.
